Meditation

We more often than not are caught in our thoughts. We spend most of our time thinking about things that have happened, that we didn’t like, we would have liked to say or do something differently of have someone else say or do something differently. Or we worry about the things that could potentially happen, how a situation might unfold or how an interaction with someone may or may not be. Since we are so busy in our minds with all of this, we often fail to experience fully what is actually happening in our lives at any given point. Our past experiences, traumas, thoughts, hopes and fears color the experience of our life.

During a meditation session, we learn to train our minds to be more present and engaged with life, essentially with our experience of life. We learn to train ourselves to be less subject to the erratic workings of our minds, to gain more control over our experience of life and to cultivate the powerful states of being such as gratitude and love.

Yoga

Many of us spend our days sitting at desks or in chairs and not giving our bodies the range of motion they naturally have. Over time, pains begin to manifest in back, shoulders, neck and so on. This stagnation will eventually impact our mood and emotions.

A gentle yoga practice can loosen up the tightness and bring our vital energies back into flow, thus having a beneficial impact on our overall health and wellbeing.

Whether in person or virtually, you will learn some simple exercises to keep your body supple and avoid stagnation of your energies. The exercises will be fully tailored to your specific needs and capabilities.

WELLBEING COaching

Are you hoping to learn how to live a calmer and happier life? With true gratitude I share a period of time with you where we explore methods of wellbeing to find those which best suit you and which you will learn to incorporate into your life. Over the span of a few months you will learn about various aspects of meditation, yoga and energetic practices for your wellbeing. You may even experience energy healing sessions if suitable for you.

Our time together will leave you feeling more confident, balanced and equipped with tools and techniques to grow in your own wellbeing. Since lasting effects can be felt best after a certain time commitment and consistent repetition, I offer coaching over a minimum of three months with weekly sessions.
